Tom Tierney
Managing Partner Since joining TBA as a managing partner, Tom has developed relationships with major healthcare IT and diagnostic imaging companies as well as emerging private-equity financed companies in the healthcare services industry. These relationships have grown into exclusive recruiting contracts, both retained and contingency. Many of Toms clients have achieved record growth and attracted and retained top-performing sales leaders as a result of Toms consulting and candidate search and placement efforts. Tom has more than 25 years of general management experience in large companies as well as emerging growth companies. Prior to joining TBA, he was the Chief Operating Officer at Serviscope Corporation and one of the companys original executives. He began his career in finance within public accounting and the venture capital community. He has managed the financial, operations, customer service, and field service functions of several companies. He raised in excess of $60 million in private equity and negotiated the acquisition of many privately held companies. Many of TBAs clients and candidates seek Tom's advice in areas of stock option grants, acquisitions and capitalization.
